Technical Integration Specialist Role Summary
As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and evolution of our advertising solutions. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful, privacy-focused advertising experiences.

Job Description
In this role, you will solve systemic technical problems by investigating escalations, identifying root causes, and implementing robust, long-term solutions. You will lead and manage API integration projects, offering technical guidance to ensure seamless implementation and reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and execute technical test plans that consider edge cases, validate functionality, and ensure system reliability.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions to improve system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, product, sales, and engineering teams to serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Break down complex concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical partners.

Requirements
Strong demonstrable experience within a Technical Operations or Solutions role.
Proven demonstrable experience with API integration and troubleshooting, including managing complex integration projects.
Proficiency in SQL, with experience writing and troubleshooting queries.
