Job Description

As a skilled Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and routines within residential care homes in Ireland. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support to service users, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.

You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care, adhering to national regulations and standards. This role requires a high level of empathy, compassion, and communication skills, as you will be working closely with individuals who may have complex needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant QQI Level 5 / Fetac Level 5 or equivalent qualification (preferable)

  • At least 6 months of experience as a nurse or care assistant

Please note that an OET/IELTS certificate is not a requirement for this role.
