Job Title: HR Professional

An experienced organisation is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join their team at their head office in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for all HR-related queries and requests.
  • Support senior managers with performance management, employee relations and general HR administration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, training and development programs.
  • Represent the HR department at meetings and discussions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Third-level qualification in Business or a related field.
  • CIPD certification (advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
