Service Sales Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and expand your professional horizons. As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting service products and achieving volume, mix, and profitability targets.

  • You will build strong relationships with customers, identify new market opportunities, and ensure seamless sales processes aligned with our company strategy.

Sales Excellence: Drive sales by promoting service products for optimal volume and profitability. Ensure that all proposals are technically accurate and financially sound.

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions for a positive experience.

Sales Planning: Create and manage sales plans using internal tools. Monitor progress and implement recovery strategies when needed.

Value Creation: Use effective sales techniques to ensure successful deals. Align proposals with company offerings and terms.

Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities. Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Sales Administration: Handle administrative tasks, support collections, and assist with project management as required.

Offer Management: Prepare competitive offers in coordination with internal teams. Ensure technical and financial accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in electrical industry and front-end roles within the Service market, including sales or sales management
  • Strong technical foundation with a degree or relevant qualification
  • Deep knowledge of the electrical industry, customer segments, and company offerings
