Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in shaping the community's experience and ensuring every interaction with us is positive and reflects our brand and mission.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong understanding of community management principles.

You will be responsible for interacting with thousands of gamers daily on various product boards, providing support, promoting engagement, and fostering a positive and safe environment for all team members and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a public face for our community team on forums, interacting with thousands of gamers daily.
  • Work within our vibrant and ever-growing communities by interacting with players, providing support, promoting engagement, and providing feedback to internal partners.
  • Demonstrate strong alignment with the team and foster a positive and safe environment for all team members and the community through moderation.
  • Participate in regular update meetings with the team, providing insight on top contact drivers, process enhancements, and content ideas.
