Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Account Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, assessing client requirements, and recommending suitable insurance products.

Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting quotes, explaining coverage details and benefits clearly and accurately. The ideal candidate will also identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services, manage lapsed or at-risk policies, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of APA qualification, previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Benefits:
