Job Title

AI Annotation Specialist.

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented professionals to contribute to the development of cutting-edge large language models (LLMs).

This role involves enhancing the quality and accuracy of AI models by creating, evaluating, and refining question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.
  2. Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
  3. Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
  4. Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
  5. Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.
  6. Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.
  7. Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.
Requirements:

We're looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data. Key qualifications include:

  • High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
  • Fluent in one of the following languages: Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, German, Japanese, Polish, Swahili, or Swedish (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
