Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing the company's payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This includes maintaining and updating employee payroll records, calculating and processing deductions, and preparing and distributing payroll reports.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records
  • Calculate and process deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, laws, and best practices
