Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in payroll and human resources, as well as operational internal controls, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They will also have proficiency in MS Office and experience in customer service.

As a Employee Records and Benefits Coordinator, you will ensure that all employee records, benefits, and payroll data are accurate and up-to-date. You will also communicate proactively on payroll legislative changes and manage employee queries and escalations.

  • Experience supporting employee life cycle operations (e.g., onboarding, movement, offboarding, etc.).
  • Knowledge of local pay regulations across the region will be a plus.
