Senior Leadership Role

This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the organisation, overseeing strategic management and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of organisational strategy and plans
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring effective governance and risk management
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, employees, and external partners
  • Drive business growth through innovative initiatives and partnerships
  • Ensure the organisation remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

For this role, we are seeking an experienced leader who possesses a level eight or higher qualification in a relevant field, such as social care, disability, health, or management. A postgraduate qualification in leadership or public administration is also desirable.

The ideal candidate will have significant relevant experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in social care, disability, corporate governance, or related non-for-profit sectors. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead people and culture, work with funders and regulators, and make strategic decisions.
