This is an exciting opportunity to join our hotel team as a Front Office Switchboard Operator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication within the hotel.
- Provide a channel for communication within the hotel to effectively deal with all telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently;
- Assist guests with checking into and out of the hotel in a timely manner;
- Answer guest queries in person, over the phone or via email;
Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality, promoting security and upholding company vision and mission.
