Innovative Packaging Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a talented Packaging Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging solutions, creating and managing artwork and label design, conducting design verification and shelf-life testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality packaging and labeling solutions from concept to commercialization for medical devices.
- Drive continuous improvement and assessment of current procedures and Voice of the Customer input, identifying best practices.
- Develop packaging and labeling components that enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate development life cycle knowledge through delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing, R&D device designers, supply chain, vendors, and kitting centers across geographies to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated industry.
- Demonstrated experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical packaging design development preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving design and process-related packaging issues on commercial products.
