Senior Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Packaging Specialist to lead the development of best-in-class packaging solutions for medical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop innovative packaging and labeling concepts from early concept through commercialization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing, R&D device designers, supply chain, vendors, and kitting centers, to drive project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or applicable technical field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical packaging design development.
- High-quality packaging designs that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous improvement of packaging procedures and processes.
