Job Title: Packaging Engineer

Are you a skilled packaging expert looking for a challenging opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and creativity? We are seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing best-in-class packaging solutions for sterile and non-sterile medical devices. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Packaging Solutions: Design, develop, and implement packaging solutions that meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing, R&D device designers, supply chain, vendors, and kitting centers to ensure project success.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop Technical Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest packaging technologies and best practices to continuously improve our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
