Job Overview

About the Role
This individual will be responsible for promoting MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sales, and building lasting corporate relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue across all key revenue streams, including accommodation, weddings, MICE, & leisure experiences. Implementing digital marketing strategies, monitoring performance, and liaising with 3rd party partners and hotel stakeholders are also essential duties.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue across all key revenue streams.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to communicate offers and drive ROI through the hotels website.
  • Monitor performance and liaise with 3rd party partners and hotel stakeholders to improve performance.
  • Conduct sales calls and site inspections, including networking events, workshops, and FAM trips.
  • Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the luxury hospitality, tourism, or events sector in Ireland. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and revenue management tools is required. Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth is essential.
