Our company is seeking an experienced Bridge Leader to manage their Bridges Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of bridge engineers and oversee project delivery.
  • Develop business strategies and tender bids for professional services contracts.
  • Conduct resource planning to ensure project success.
  • Provide design input and oversee the structural aspects of projects.
  • Manage medium and large-sized projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are delivered.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external parties, including clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as Bridge / Senior Bridge Engineer.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking, with a flexible approach.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from a technical perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Previous staff management experience.
  • Proactive approach with a track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in bridge design, inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation.
  • Proficient in Eurocodes and structural analysis software.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ireland and/or UK experience.
