Senior Bridge Engineer Opportunity

Are you a skilled engineer looking to lead and mentor teams on complex bridge projects? We are seeking a senior bridge engineer to join our team in Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical design and problem-solving skills to make a meaningful impact on our business. You will be responsible for leading projects from feasibility studies to detailed designs and contract document production.

  • Lead and mentor teams on tasks such as structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender designs, detailed designs, and the production of contract documents and technical reports.
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to provide an integrated service to clients through collaboration with other disciplines.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes by leveraging data, automation, lean, and standardization.
  • Ensure project delivery excellence, meeting time, budget, and quality requirements.
Requirements
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related discipline).
  • A professional qualification.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Client-facing work winning and team management skills.
  • Project management and leadership skills related to bridge design.
