Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Professional Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing individual caseloads and providing high-quality behaviour support plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide training and coaching to front-line staff on MEBSP implementation and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to service development under a Positive Behaviour Support framework.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Possess a Psychology Degree or equivalent and an MSc ABA or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
  • Minimum three years of experience within a similar role or health/social care setting.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and judgment.
  • Ability to make critical decisions and recommendations.
  • Good listener and open to learning from others.
  • Excellent organisational skills, verbal and written communication, and IT skills.
