Behavioural Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Behavioural Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised support plans to promote positive behaviour and improve overall quality of life.
  • Promote best practice in Positive Behaviour Support across the organisation through quality checking and improvement planning.
  • Manage an individual caseload, providing tailored support and guidance as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Psychology degree or equivalent MSc ABA, with BCBA certification highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum three years' experience in a similar role or health/social care setting.
