Job Summary

The role of Behavioural Specialist is to support individuals with complex support needs by undertaking Functional Assessments and developing Multi Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) to improve their overall quality of life.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Live in accordance with the organisation's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  2. Manage an individual caseload and travel to different locations as required.
  3. Collaborate with relevant others to complete Functional Assessments and develop MEBSPs.
  4. Oversee the implementation and monitoring of each MEBSP.
  5. Provide training to front-line staff to ensure all MEBSPs are of high quality and compliant with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Possess a Psychology Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold an MSc ABA or equivalent qualification.
  • Have three years minimum experience within a similar role or health/social care setting.
  • Be able to work within a fast-paced team and possess strong problem-solving skills and judgement.
