We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Technology Risk Management team in Europe.
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in technology risk management, with a strong background in risk reporting and a proven track record of success.
This role involves leading the creation of a Centre of Excellence for technology risk reporting, responsible for co-ordinating dynamic, insightful and intelligent risk reporting for European Technology to provide key decision makers with timely and robust understanding of the risk profile and associated impact on IT strategic objectives.
The Senior Manager will oversee the development and implementation of European Technology risk reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy and completeness. They will also be responsible for managing the European Risk Technology Risk Committee calendar, agenda and Terms of Reference.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Timely preparation of risk material for regular ET Risk Committees, Board meetings and LifeCo;
- Development and management of efficient and effective processes for collation, aggregation and analysis of risk data;
- Proactive encouragement of businesses and Central Technology Services to adopt standard reporting templates, branding and best practices;
- Regular reporting of risk metrics, KRIs, KCIs and KPIs, providing trend analysis;
- Risk appetite reporting to demonstrate how ET is managing technology risk in line with agreed risk appetite.
The successful candidate will have a degree level education, a strong background in technology risk with supporting risk qualifications, and significant knowledge and a proven track record in risk reporting in a Technology environment.
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to set clear and challenging goals while committing the organization to improved performance.
