The Client Lifecycle Management Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in the organization, driving success through customer due diligence and ongoing risk assessments.

About the Team:

The team is responsible for designing best practice training programs, managing development, and delivering results-driven solutions. We continuously assess organizational needs and foster employee growth through coaching and training.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the CLM team, you will be responsible for conducting customer due diligence, including risk assessments, at onboarding and ongoing maintenance during the customers' life cycle. You will serve as the primary point of contact for questions from CLM Specialists and may provide guidance and support to other team members.

Key Tools and Technologies:

We utilize industry-leading software, Fen-X from Fenergo Limited, to manage Client Lifecycle Management processes effectively.
