We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at TN Ireland.

About the Role:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading our wholesale and B2B sales strategy, developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for B2B and wholesale partnerships across international markets. This includes identifying, evaluating, and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities, negotiating complex deals that align with company objectives and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international markets, particularly in Europe, and experience in business development, strategy, or related fields. They will also have a proven track record of developing and executing successful international growth strategies.

We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about taking initiative, learning, and driving recommendations to completion. The candidate should be able to adapt to ambiguity and evolving priorities, manage multiple projects, and learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for B2B and wholesale partnerships across international markets
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
  • Negotiate complex deals that align with company objectives and profitability goals
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or related fields, with a focus on B2B and wholesale channels
  • Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in Europe
  • Retail experience in a relevant industry required
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful international growth strategies
