About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive development efforts on a project.

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day development activities
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
  • Guide the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
  • Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required
  • Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multiple projects
  • 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js)
  • A basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems
  • Basic experience with Python, C++, and Rust is a plus
  • Proven experience launching successful products
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and good development practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience handling developers of varying experience levels
  • Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile
