**Job Title:** Product & Factory Test Engineer
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead factory stakeholders in delivering First of a Kind product development, ensuring compliance with client specifications, and maintaining strong client relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage factory stakeholders (Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production) to deliver FOAK Factory Witness Testing as per client specifications.
- Manage the pre-FWT process across all products, ensuring each product is fully operational and functional for the FWT.
- Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution pre and post FWT with factory stakeholders and Client.
- Support the preparation and negotiation of onsite commissioning proposals for successful delivery and handover to Client onsite.
- Support training of resources to deliver DC Cx projects.
- Provide oversight, direction, and technical support to the Cx & Mechanical teams across EU & APAC.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of Cx projects.
- Chair status/schedule reviews with key stakeholders across the PMO and MCS leadership teams.
