Quality Improvement Specialist

The key objective of this role is to drive the enhancement of supplier performance and increase their ability to consistently meet our stringent requirements.
">Responsibilities- Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
- Participate in global sourcing initiatives, manufacturing operations, and quality systems to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Engage in cross-functional teams to leverage collective expertise and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Additionally, the Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and tools.
