Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects and ensuring the highest Quality, Compliance and Safety standards.

  • You will own and effectively plan and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance and improve processes through lean manufacturing principles.
  • You will participate in equipment qualification processes, including drafting operational standard procedures.
  • You will lead and participate in problem-solving teams across all areas of the organization.
  • You will lead and close process-related deviations and reports.
  • You will support operations teams to consistently deliver on specific area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You will provide frontline technical EHS support and coaching to the operational team.
  • You will author, execute, oversee, and approve protocols and reports as necessary.
  • You will ensure the highest Quality, Compliance and Safety standards.
  • You will participate and comply with quality management systems requirements.
  • You will provide ongoing coaching and support to cross-functional team members.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 honours degree in a science, engineering or manufacturing discipline and 3-5 years experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment in a technical or manufacturing support role.
