We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the development and implementation of business process standards in line with existing client standards, such as Standard Work, 6S, Digital Performance Management, A3 Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping.

This individual will shape and lead site-wide change programs at the client's location through lean and six sigma methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embedding and sustaining 'Managing Site Performance' business process standard on site.
  • Leading client TIPs and mentoring initiative leads on client methodology.
  • Developing and cultivating a continuous improvement culture.
  • Enhancing the involvement and engagement of employees in process improvements.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an innovative, adaptable and collaborative approach to business challenges.

A proven problem-solving and critical thinking skillset is essential for success in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a third-level degree or qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.

Certification to Black/Green belt level or relevant Lean or Six Sigma qualification is also required.

A strong cross-functional business insight and proven ability to lead the delivery of cross-functional projects is necessary for success.
