Job Title:
Technical Leader, Process Improvement

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and leadership skills to drive process improvement initiatives across various engineering competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes and equipment functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to Process/maintenance Technicians and Manufacturing / Equipment Engineers on the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and integrate components to produce final designs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of designs, ensuring they meet cost, reliability, and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role within the medical devices industry.
• Proven track record of delivering business-critical projects using Six-Sigma tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to drive complex projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and direction to stakeholders.
