Job Description:

Lead site-wide change programs utilizing lean & six sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence. Embed and sustain 'Managing Site Performance' business process standard on site.

Develop and cultivate a continuous improvement culture that enhances employee engagement and empowers them to contribute to process improvements.

Ensure all projects are conducted with the highest standards in a safe, quality-focused, and effective manner.

 

Requirements:

  • Third level Degree or qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Certified to Black/Green belt level or relevant Lean or Six Sigma Qualification
  • Proven track record in leading significant project and/or change initiatives that have delivered breakthrough results for an organization
  • Strong cross-functional business insight and proven ability to lead the delivery of cross-functional projects
