Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled individual to assume the role of Operational Excellence Leader. This esteemed position requires an exceptional leader who can drive process improvement initiatives across various operational areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining effective methodologies and workflows to maximize workforce efficiency and adoption of best practices. Additionally, this individual will lead major projects with global impact on our organization, establish a culture of continuous improvement, and provide periodic long-term capacity reports.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes, resulting in improved efficiencies and cost reductions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions that meet organizational goals.

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

  • Conduct regular reviews of current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

  • Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and make recommendations for future enhancements.

  • Participate in strategic planning to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University or equivalent degree in a field of science or engineering, preferably in chemical engineering.

  • Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

  • Project management qualification.

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in industry-related continuous improvement initiatives and application of cGMPs, ICH/CFR guidelines, ISO norms, and industrial safety guidelines.

  • Experience with tools such as process mapping, DMAIC methodology, statistical analysis, and process plant support.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Deep specialized knowledge of process optimization, manufacturing principles, quality, cGMPs, ICH/CFR guidelines, ISO norms, and industrial safety guidelines.

  • Ability to teach others and promote a culture of continuous learning.
