Key Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to our team.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives through the application of engineering principles focused on quality, service, and cost.
  • Applying process improvement and problem-solving skills using Six-Sigma tools to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Providing technical leadership on all product and process issues and line performance monitoring to include performance management.
  • Developing and implementing appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs, and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Leading technical improvements under the company's Continuous Improvement Program (CIP).

Requirements:

  • A Level 8 degree in Engineering is required.
  • 0-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, a process improvement orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment are essential.
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Confident and effective decision-making skills, with a proven leadership ability to negotiate and influence others, are required.
  • Proven Project Management skills through the delivery of business-critical projects are highly valued.
