Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to optimize automation and control systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring product quality and compliance with internal protocols and external regulations.

Automation and control systems govern our manufacturing processes and product delivery. This includes programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS).

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining an asset register of all hardware inventory, including PLCs, PCs, HMIs, drives, cameras, etc.
2. Keeping a database of the latest software revisions.
3. Controlling software changes to ensure only authorized personnel can modify controlled programs on the production floor.

Requirements

Relevant computer qualifications and experience in programming and software development, preferably 3-5 years.

Strong troubleshooting skills for computers and equipment are essential.
