Job Title: Revenue Manager

The role of the Revenue Manager is to drive hotel revenue through strategic planning, forecasting, and rate management.

This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Reporting to both the Reservations Manager and the General Manager, you will work closely with the Reservations Manager and the Reservations Coordinator to optimise occupancy, rate performance, and profit margins across all sales channels.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting rates and offers accordingly.
  • Manage and update OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) ensuring rate parity and content accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to develop and implement packages and promotions.
  • Ensure effective inventory management across all platforms and booking systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and suppliers.
