  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote revenue growth through effective reservations management, digital marketing strategies, and channel optimization
  • Manage online travel agency platforms, the hotel website, rate management systems, and competitor analysis tools
  • Monitor and report on revenue performance, booking trends, market activity, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Maintain accurate rate loading and mapping across systems for at least 18 months in advance
  • Drive direct bookings and minimize commission costs
  • Forecasting & Reporting
  • Create accurate weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reports
  • Support strategic planning and track actual performance versus targets
  • Participate in business reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Reservations Support
  • Assist with reservations as needed and support front office operations during peak periods
  • Digital Marketing & Website Management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns
  • Manage website content, search engine optimization (SEO), special offers, and third-party listings
  • Monitor paid advertising and analyze campaign performance
  • Contribute to creative content, video production, and graphics development that aligns with brand identity
