Comprehensive HR Support Specialist

The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of key HR functions.


  • Provide high-level administrative assistance across all areas of the HR function, including recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and data management.

Responsibilities include:


  • Coordinating training sessions and ensuring timely completion of mandatory training programmes.
  • Managing employee data on our HR system, including updating contracts, leave records, and other relevant information.
  • Processing payroll and submitting reports to the finance department.
  • Supporting Line Managers and Employees with general HR-related queries.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems for all HR documentation.

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven administrative experience in an HR setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
