Job Overview

Role Summary:

The HR Partner role encompasses employee life-cycle processes, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, data management, time and attendance, and transactional tasks for all employees within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and tax withholding for hourly and salaried populations in Ireland.
  • Manage payroll queries and related documents, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Execute standard reports to finance, ensuring timely submission and highest accuracy.
  • Collect and submit T&A data for payroll calculations, guaranteeing precision and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of time collection, payroll processing, and taxation regulations.
  • Enforce approved pay practices, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain internal control procedures for SOX compliance, segregation of duties, and security access.

General Expectations:

  • Align HR plans, processes, and programs with business objectives and HR strategy.
  • Collaborate with other HR Partners to ensure global / regional process alignment.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, completing all necessary HR activities for new hires and leavers.
  • Manage personnel administration, including offers, labor relationship changes, letter preparation, and employee file maintenance.
  • Administer relevant benefits, such as Private Pension and Contractual Insurance.
  • Ensure the HRMS system is up-to-date with accurate data, perform transactions, and provide HRMS self-service administration.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via ServiceNow, aiming for first contact resolution and creating knowledge articles.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, HRIT team, other HR departments, and managers to resolve inquiries and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support enterprise and system process improvement implementations.

Requirements:

  • Degree with 3+ years of HR, payroll, call center, or similar experience working with high-volume transactions and managing vendors.
  • Proven track record of managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process-driven individual with a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems (PeopleSoft/SAP, etc.).
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and affinity towards it.
  • Experience with administering HR systems, PeopleSoft, and Taleo preferred.
  • HR policy and program administration experience a plus.
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
