Professional Elevator Repair and Maintenance

Lift engineers are the backbone of our operations, ensuring that elevators across various regions run smoothly and efficiently. This critical role involves troubleshooting complex elevator systems, identifying potential issues through regular safety checks and risk assessments.

Responsibilities:
  • Repair or replace customer lifts to maintain optimal performance and safety standards
  • Conduct thorough safety inspections to minimize downtime and optimize service delivery
  • Plan and manage workload around assigned jobs, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results
  • Maintain stock levels and order supplies through our procurement process to minimize delays and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Recommend parts and equipment required to keep lifts compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications demonstrating relevant expertise
  • Full UK Driving License and ability to travel as required for job assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ability to use initiative and work effectively within a team environment
  • Positive attitude and receptiveness to change, embracing new ideas and approaches
  • Extremely organized and able to self-assess personal development needs, driving continuous improvement
  • Strong customer-care skills, advocating for health and safety regulations in the workplace and delivering exceptional customer experiences
