Annual Reporting Team Group Pensions Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Group Pensions Administrator to join our Annual Reporting team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pension administration, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. They will be responsible for preparing and issuing annual pension benefit statements, supporting the oversight of trustee annual reports, and managing day-to-day queries from clients and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels.
As a key member of the team, the Group Pensions Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pension schemes and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation and issuance of annual pension benefit statements
- Supporting the oversight of trustee annual reports, including preparation and review of audit documentation
- Managing day-to-day queries from clients and stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service to members
- Ensuring the smooth operation of pension schemes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in pension administration or account reconciliation
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with a focus on Excel
- Strong numeric ability and excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of defined contribution pension schemes, including monthly contribution processing and annual renewal processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Enthusiasm, ambition, and a self-starting attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
