Highly Experienced Building Automation Project Lead

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage projects from start to finish, leading a team of engineers at a high level. The project manager will be responsible for managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Manage project finances effectively
- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to projects
- Present project schedules, scopes, and resource plans to senior management
- Develop and implement quality plans for projects
- Provide technical guidance to project teams as needed
- Contribute to the development of tools that facilitate project management
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project leadership, either in a project management or technical lead role
- Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Microsoft Project
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems
- Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities
- Basic understanding of instrumentation and control valves for HVAC systems
- Experience working with building automation and/or industrial controls systems
- Onsite commissioning experience
