About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a professional with expertise in building automation to lead various projects from conception to delivery. As a Lead Controls Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and leading projects that involve the installation and configuration of control systems in buildings.

The role requires excellent technical skills, including proficiency in various software platforms such as Rockwell, Aveva, Inductive Ignition Perspective, Distech, Johnson Controls, and Tridium. You should also have experience with instrumentation and control valves for HVAC systems, as well as familiarity with P&IDs and sequence of operations.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams to identify and assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and lead customer meetings. You will also assist with proposal generation by estimating hardware costs and engineering effort required for each project. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a ability to work collaboratively with others. You should also have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or related technical degree, and at least 3 years of experience in a related field/industry.
