Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Building Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls engineering and experience designing building control systems (BMS, BAS, or HVAC Controls). You will be responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing control systems to enhance building performance and innovation initiatives.

  • Design BMS/building controls systems to optimize building performance and streamline management.
  • Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, Smart Buildings, and Digital disciplines to ensure integrated control solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of BMS, EPMS, and HVAC control systems into overall building design, considering Data Centres where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Controls, Mechatronics, Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience designing building control systems (BMS, BAS, or HVAC Controls).
  • Actively working towards or interested in achieving Chartered Engineer status.
