About the Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our global team in Dublin. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of technical support and automation, ensuring our IT infrastructure remains robust and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide help desk support to internal employees.
  • Owning account provisioning and deprovisioning processes, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and maintenance of our application stack and integrations.
  • Working extensively with Jamf, Okta, Intune, Jira, and GitHub, contributing ideas for management, organisation, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining and enriching our knowledge base with documentation to support end users and enhance our AI-driven help desk.
  • Contributing to cycle planning, aligning with broader team programs, and effectively managing your work and projects.
  • Participating in high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive business and operational improvements.
  • User hardware setup and provisioning - Apple, Windows etc.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • JAMF and Okta Admin certification or hands-on experience.
  • Basic scripting proficiency.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues while implementing/documenting solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Experience managing productivity and communication applications (e.g., Google Workspace) and training employees in their use.
  • Experience with tracking hardware via an asset management tool (Oomnitza, Jira).
  • A strong passion for technology, eagerness to learn, and a drive to continuously improve.
  • Programming language proficiency (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl).
  • Cloud-heavy IT infrastructure experience.
  • Experience with Office Buildouts.
