Senior Physical Design Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physical Design Leader to lead our team in creating innovative microprocessor designs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for your area of focus
  • Collaborate with peers in technology reviews and design discussions
  • Analyze and quantify the impact of technology issues on design reviews
  • Represent the CPU Cores to executive management from a technical standpoint
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication and presentation skills through technical publications, presentations, training sessions, and executive briefings
  • Adept at leading high-performing technical teams and collaborating with top thinkers and engineers
  • Experience in designing high-speed microprocessors and driving innovation in design techniques
Favorable Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience preferred
