Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated team member to join our retail operations in Ballinafoyle. As a key player in our customer-focused environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Always put the customer first and consider their needs in every interaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and serve them with pride.
  • Ensure that all products and services are available to customers at all times.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach the customer in excellent condition.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and back areas at all times.
  • Follow department routines and processes using provided training.
  • Adhere to company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Support colleagues by assisting in other departments when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to follow verbal or written instructions, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate adaptability and resilience.
