Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Store Assistant to join our team. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interact with customers, educate them on products, and build rapport.
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
  • Manage cash and adhere to security and health & safety procedures.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
