A Customer Support Specialist is sought by a multinational in the medical devices and healthcare sector to join its Galway-based team. Accurately documenting all customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in line with company procedures is essential.
Key responsibilities include communicating investigation results to customers via clear, well-structured written reports and phone conversations, resolving issues within agreed timelines, meeting key performance indicators for both individual and team targets, and identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 1 year's experience in any medical/clinical setting or a customer-facing customer support role
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints.
- Fluency in German or Norwegian is essential.
