Customer Service Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service to customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
  • Assist the shop manager and team with the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including operating the point-of-sale system and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Step up and guide shop operations in the absence of the shop and assistant managers, including opening and closing the shop, managing and guiding the shop team, and overseeing cash management procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for working in a retail environment and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
