Technical Customer Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Associate to join our team in Galway City. As a Technical Support Associate, you will provide professional and friendly support by handling inbound customer calls and emails.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving customer queries and complaints related to the assigned product portfolio. You will also document all customer interactions accurately according to internal standards and communicate investigation findings and solutions to customers via phone and written correspondence.
Key Requirements- Full professional fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A permanent contract with a globally successful company.
