Job Opportunity:

Our client, a leading medical technology and healthcare company, is seeking a motivated professional to join their team in Galway, Ireland.

This role is a permanent full-time position based primarily on-site in Galway City, reporting directly to the EMEA/APAC Technical Support Team Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support by handling inbound customer calls and emails in Norwegian and English.
  • Analyze and resolve customer queries and complaints related to the assigned product portfolio.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately according to internal standards.
  • Communicate investigation findings and solutions to customers via phone and written correspondence.
  • Prioritize and manage customer inquiries in shared mailboxes according to company processes.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution to meet individual, team, and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Completed education or degree in a relevant field such as science, biomedical, healthcare, nursing, engineering is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is beneficial.
  • Full professional fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ideal experience in a medical/clinical environment or technical support role.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience handling complex customer issues and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, and adaptable.
  • Able to prioritize tasks independently and take responsibility.
